Edson's Holiday Schedule: closing at 12pm EST 12/20 and 12/24, closed 12/25 and 1/1.
Edson’s EPAS system allows Superyachts to be sailed with a fraction of the helm turns typically required, while maintaining direct helm feedback and high-fidelity steering response. EPAS allows users to select different assist levels based on helmsperson preference and sailing situation. Choose lower assist for lighter airs and less loaded situations, and higher assist for higher load situations. EPAS allows owners and their friends and family to enjoy steering their yachts, while reducing the physical demands of doing so.
EPAS is available for new builds and retrofits, and requires no additional power beyond what’s typically found on yachts. Configuration options allow for any combination of twin helms and twin rudders, with fly-by-wire options available in 2025.
System number 1 (new build) is currently in sea trial, with system number 2 (retrofit) scheduled for sea trials in Spring 2025.
