Site Refresh Phase 1

As you may have noticed when you clicked onto our homepage, the site has a new look. We ask a lot of the site, as it has to play storefront to a ton of different products in several different categories, cover tech info for a similarly wide range of users and uses, document a huge number of OEM steering systems we've supplied over the years, and quite importantly it has a lot of branding work to do. It needs to reflect the quality of our products and assure you of our credentials. Despite our 160+ year background, we don't take this for granted.

The next phases of this include more work on cataloguing and categorizing things to continually present you with an easy and rewarding interaction with our site. We have an absolutely world class customer service team here, but as the meat of the season approaches they need all the help they can get. The more work the site can do to help you get what you need, the more smoothly that goes and the happier everyone is.

Another huge mandate that we have on the board is refreshing many of the videos in our YouTube Channel. While there are a ton of great videos in there, some of them are a bit long in the tooth and could use some updating or usefulness and watchability improvements. Whether you are doing a soup to nuts pedestal replacement, installing a new PowerWheel, doing your semi-annual chain maintenance, or planning out installation of an autopilot tiller arm, we want our videos to help give you tackle the project prepared and confident.

So enjoy the new look and feel of the site and get ready for more updates to help you get more out of your time on the water.
